Project Manager - Paris

ARTTIC, European leader in consultancy and management services for Research and Technological Development is looking for an Experienced Project Manager, for its office based in Paris.

This position consists in managing research & innovation projects supported by the European Commission's Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development in areas such as aeronautics, clean transport and energy or next generation ICT. These projects involve tens of partner organisations from industry, SME, academia and research sectors in international consortia.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • The management of projects on behalf of our clients, notably including
    • tailoring and providing ARTTIC’s methods and tools to projects;
    • monitoring and updating the project work plan and indicators
    • organising, moderating and following up diverse project meetings;
    • preparing various project activity reports including technical and financial aspects as well as contractual documents;
    • managing risk analysis, project IPR and organising quality control.
  • Supporting our clients in developing innovative concepts, defining new projects and answering to European or national calls for proposals.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Ideally, first experience in the R&D sector as project manager, but junior profiles are welcome to apply
  • Good project management knowledge/training and understanding of EU and national funded projects
  • Strong interest in innovation, research and technology
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken as well as in the office local language
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Your assets:

  • You have excellent communication skills and can act as a facilitator.
  • You are autonomous and concerned about the quality of your work.
  • You care for details, you are well organised and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • You are a motivated and open-minded team worker

Team Assistant - Munich

ARTTIC, the European leader in consultancy and management services for collaborative Research and Technological Development projects is looking to hire for its office based in Munich, a:

Team Assistant (f/m)

The position consists in assisting a team of Senior Consultants and Project Managers who are involved both in the management of projects, gathering several European organisations from industry and research, and in the management of ARTTIC.

Specifically, your role will be to:

1. Handle administration of the Munich office including:

  • Handling the switchboard and welcoming visitors: clients and providers (filtering, transfer, etc.)
  • Mail processing (receiving / sending, sorting, opening and distribution)
  • Office administration, e.g. ordering office supplies
  • Accounting support to the financial staff located in the headquarters in Paris
  • Completion of various administrative tasks

 2. Assist Senior Consultants with:

  • Internal and external meeting logistics: booking dates, meeting rooms, teleconferences
  • Travel organisation: buying flight/train tickets and hotels
  • Agenda management: organising appointments with colleagues or clients
  • Expense sheets: gathering expense tickets and filling expense forms
  • Sales administration: verifying commercial offers and purchase orders are uploaded in the internal information system with relevant descriptive metadata assigned. Maintaining the customer contact list.
  • Day-to-day support in general administration duties

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign language correspondence clerk, qualified management assistant (kaufmännische Berufsausbildung)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Your assets:

  • You are autonomous and always concerned about the quality of your work
  • You are service oriented
  • You care for details and you are well organized
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers in different countries

Particular points:
